We are writing to alert all of you that we have received multiple case reports of scammers who impersonated our admins and shared fake sales links. We would like to remind you to double check the source of any communication you receive on our behalf. Please be 100% sure to complete your payment at our official sale page in which you registered:
This is the ONLY acceptable method for us to safeguard your transaction. Again, our ONLY valid domain names are cypherium.io and cypherium.xyz.
Once your KYC has been successfully processed, you are all set to proceed to the next final step – CPH token payment which you can proceed on our sale page. You might encounter a brief wait queue, which is a simple security procedure to ensure each transaction is safely and securely protected.
Here is what you should expect on the official sale page:
✅ You will be asked to generate your Cypherium wallet address to receive your CPH tokens. Please follow all instructions carefully to setup your wallet, as shown here:

✅ If you see the 403 error when creating the address, please CLEAR your browser history and visit cypherium.xyz again
✅ In case your email and/or KYC documentation has not yet been verified, please take necessary steps to complete them as soon as possible. If you have submitted your KYC information but further manual review is required, our team will be getting back in touch with you shortly

Important Update About Public Sale - Cypherium Wallet
We've heard your challenges in using our current Cypherium Web Based wallet to generate a CPH address and input that address on the Public Sale platform. Effective immediately, the following changes will be made:
Public Sale
CPH Wallet creation is no longer required at the contribution step. If you have already created a CPH wallet, there is no action required from you at this point.
If You Have Not Created a CPH Wallet
1) We will send you an email with instructions to download the production ready Cypherium wallet at Mainnet Launch. These wallets are fully functional and are waiting approval from the various mobile app stores.
2) You will then log back into your account, input the address of the wallet in Your Profile that you created in Step #1 above to receive your tokens.

Due to the launch of Uniswap’s token claim and its impact on the ETH gas fee surge, we have seen that many of our presale participants experienced their payments fail to go through or being stuck. If your payment is pending for several hours, this is normal. If your payment failed to go through, please try again and increase the gas amount.
We would also like to urge you once again that NO payment address will be shared via Telegram. Please be careful of any potential fraud – if anyone reaches out to you with our name, do NOT take any further action.
