Please be 100% sure to complete your payment at our official sale page in which you registered: This is the ONLY acceptable method for us to safeguard your transaction. Again, our ONLY valid domain names are cypherium.io and cypherium.xyz. Once your KYC has been successfully processed, you are all set to proceed to the next final step – CPH token payment which you can proceed on our sale page. You might encounter a brief wait queue, which is a simple security procedure to ensure each transaction is safely and securely protected. Here is what you should expect on the official sale page: ✅ You will be asked to generate your Cypherium wallet address to receive your CPH tokens. If you have already created a CPH wallet, there is no action required from you at this point. If You Have Not Created a CPH Wallet 1) We will send you an email with instructions to download the production ready Cypherium wallet at Mainnet Launch. These wallets are fully functional and are waiting approval from the various mobile app stores. 2) You will then log back into your account, input the address of the wallet in Your Profile that you created in Step #1 above to receive your tokens. Dear Cypherium Community, Due to the launch of Uniswap’s token claim and its impact on the ETH gas fee surge, we have seen that many of our presale participants experienced their payments fail to go through or being stuck. If your payment is pending for several hours, this is normal. If your payment failed to go through, please try again and increase the gas amount. We would also like to urge you once again that NO payment address will be shared via Telegram.
